The purpose of these studies is to target research to the specific needs of education decision makers. The Institute of Education Sciences will gather information from education practitioners and policymakers to determine areas of interest. The NCRECE will respond to these areas of interest by providing data in the form of practice guidelines, policy briefs etc.
